WHY WORK WITH ME?

I have walked the walk. I graduated university with a Master in Corporate & Tax Law, have spent over 10 years working in various corporate jobs (job @Big4 included) and I owned my own company. Hence, the corporate world and its requirements to run smoothly as well as its diversity of people are something that I am very familiar with. I know what it means to have to reach KPI’s, meet deadlines but also how pressure and work-related stress can create mental, physical and emotional health issues. I will give your team powerful tools to rewire their mind & rebalance their body.

Having me guiding the participants through the session, making sure they are following the breathing technique and holding space for whatever might arises – is a crucial part in order to get the most out of a Breathwork session. Another major reason for booking a facilitator is to help the breather overcome resistance. Resistance usually occurs whenever there is something new. In order to gain the benefits of Breathwork, it is of paramount importance to break through this resistance. And the goal is to get everyone on board. Preferably within the first session.

This is where I excel. Through my intuitive, affirming yet gentle approach I create a very safe space where everyone feels comfortable and at ease immediately.
