WHY YOU WANT TO work with me
These sessions will be led by a qualified Breathwork and Meditation coach, that is familiar navigating in high-pressure environments. With a Master’s in Corporate & Tax Law and over a decade of experience in leading corporate roles - including at Big4 firms and as a business owner - I deeply understand the demands and diversity of the corporate world. I know first-hand the challenges of meeting KPIs, tight deadlines, and the impact of workplace stress on mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
Having me guiding the participants through the session, making sure they are following the breathing technique and holding space for whatever might arises – is a crucial part in order to get the most out of a corporate session. Another major reason for booking me is to help the team overcome resistance. Resistance usually occurs whenever there is something new. The goal is to get everyone on board. Preferably within the first session.
This is where I excel. Through my intuitive, affirming yet gentle approach I create a very safe space where everyone feels comfortable and at ease immediately.
